What we collect

When you send us a brief through our form, we collect the brand or company name, your name, your work email address, what you'd like made, your description of the project, the audience you're trying to reach, your timing, and — if you choose to tell us — your budget range. We also record whether you ticked the box asking for occasional email from us.

When you book a call, our scheduling tool collects your name, email address and the time you picked.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, which we use to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't collect

We set no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind on this site, and we don't build profiles of visitors. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so loading a page doesn't share anything about you with anyone else. If any of that changes, we'll update this statement and ask for your consent first where consent is required.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To answer your brief and prepare a cost estimate and concept for you. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

To send you occasional email about our work, but only if you ticked the box asking us to. That's based on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time — every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can email us instead if you'd rather.

To keep the site available and secure, based on our legitimate interest in running it properly.

Replying to your enquiry never depends on you accepting marketing. The quote and concept are the same either way.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our instructions and only for us:

Tally, for our enquiry form.
Calendly, for booking calls.
Google Workspace, for email.
Lovable, for hosting this website.

We never sell personal data, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't take forward: twelve months, so we have context if you come back to us.

Records relating to work we're engaged for: seven years, which is the retention period Dutch tax law requires for business administration.

Marketing consent and your email address: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only the fact that you opted out, so we don't email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@dewspark.nl and we'll respond within a month.

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes to this statement

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
